Shopping on St. John
Seen at left, a rambling collection of art galleries, restaurants & cafés, and interesting stores selling everything from fine jewelry, clothing, gifts, sporting goods, cigars, and anything else you can imagine. Beautiful architecture, and a great place to spend a few hours. Don’t miss: Bamboula, Bougainvillea, R&I Patton, Caravan Gallery, and Bajo El Sol Gallery & Studio.
Wharfside Village Shops, restaurants, bars, and businesses just steps from the ferry docks. Don’t miss: Verace of St. John, Into the Blue, Palm Jewelers and more. Oh and Freebird right at the ferry dock is always worth a careful look!
The Marketplace A new shopping center featuring Starfish Market, Chelsea Drugstore, St. John Hardware, Gym in Paradise, St. John Chiropractic, Scotiabank, Catered To's offices, and Holiday Homes Realty in case you decide to buy your own villa (ask for Abby).
Lumberyard Complex Many funky shops, Beach Scooters motorscooter rental, Cruz Bay Watersports, but oddly enough, no lumber. You probably won't need any lumber anyway.
There are many more shops and cool little places to visit, don’t be afraid to wander around and explore.
